Property was clean and the overall decor very pretty. Location was excellent. A short two minute walk to the sand. We stayed in a Seaview room overlooking the harbor.
There was no coffee. The coffee maker in our room did not work properly. If you are going to pay for “K cups“, then put a Keurig in the room. Also put real cream cups in the room and not the powdered cheap stuff. I felt like the hotel was definitely one of a higher caliber, but coffee was lacking. If you do not want to do that for the rooms, then you should at least have a coffee bar in your beautiful lobby.

Location was great, I enjoyed the room, though it was a bit small for 4 grown adults. The restaurant was very good, and I liked the pool area as well. I appreciated the staff and their willingness to be flexible with the room service. Overall, a pretty good place with a great view of the marina.
A couple of things. The bathroom still had a lingering urine smell even after being cleaned. It was not overbearing, but it seemed to linger. The room does not have enough plugs near the beds for device plugs. Please consider adding more USB connections if possible. I wasn't all that thrilled about paying for parking, but I understand the situation.

The new hotel; very clean. Great location and view. The room was well designed, bright and light. However, the AC was not thought through at all: it was blowing cold air right on to the bed, and we had to turn in off in the middle of the night. Having a balcony was great, but the AC was blowing hot exhaust air right on the chairs... Parking was additional $20 a day (not announced at the time of the checking).
