From checking in till checking out everything was good.
The problem is getting in contact with them prior to arrival. They do not communicate nor answer to your questions.

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is very clean. Our room had a great view over the city to the west. It has both an elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings. But for the price, the hotel needs to do better with the decor. The furniture in the lobby is worn and cheap looking. And our room felt austere and institutional. Warmer lighting, and wall color other than blue would be a good start.
