We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of four, the bedroom was set up well with a double and bunk beds, which were comfortable. There was enough storage in the room and a pleasent bathroom. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels left. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast options were excellent, a great range of fresh food available. I would recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

We stayed during peak summer and temperatures were 35°C. We arrived via train and it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and beach so the location was not ideal for us in the heat and on foot. We found the breakfast to be fantastic. We were made fresh croissants which were the best we’ve ever eaten, there was cereal, bread/toast, hot and cold meat, eggs, loads of choice of fruit, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, muffins, cakes and more and we really enjoyed it. Air con was good but noisy. Room was pleasant but the shower was small and water pressure poor.

Arrived on the morning, check in was very straight forward, receptionist very pleasant. Room wasn’t ready but that was as we expected so not an issue. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Balcony was a bonus. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Check out was also very easy.. All in all, no complaints at all. A pleasant stay

Great location only a 10 minute stroll to Peschiera town. Hotel was very clean and everyone was so friendly. Rooms cleaned daily even on Sundays. Breakfast had something for everyone and you even get to preorder your flavoured croissants for the following day. Bed for me is a little hard but that is only personal choice. Hotel is definitely more than the 3* it's been awarded. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property at 15 min. walk from city center restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast! The room was big and comfortable even for our 4ppl group. Bed and linens are of very good quality. We recommend Clarin 14 by Dory for anyone who wants a good location without noise and traffic. The hotel has also very good parking facilities.

Yes, the hotel is a 10 minute walk out of Peschiera. But, after a few hearty Italian meals, the walk was very welcome. This is a family run hotel and the owners and all of the staff were fantastic - helpful, polite, friendly, a joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless, the room was very comfortable, and we would highly recommend.

Unexpected location, hidden in a residential neighborhood, max 5 minutes walk up a hill from the Center of Peschiera Del Garda, the lake, restaurants, water bus to explore the rest of lake garda. If you are looking for lot of amenities this is not for you. If you want a good, clean room with good breakfast and friendly staff on the cheap, i was p,easantly surprised.

Had a fantastic stay here, just me and my 5 year old son. I was slightly nervous as some of the reviews were not great. But it was really lovely. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was lovely and a good size, beds made every day. The owners were really lovely and made a fuss of my son which was much appreciated. They also own a cafe in town which is on the front and really great. Overall a wonderful experience and I'd recommend. Ps a few comments about the hotel were its location being too far out of town... Well if my 5 year old can do the journey several times a day in about 10 mins I think it's not too bad at all!

We had stayed in the triple room on the third floor. The views from the balcony were fantastic! Very nice owners, good service, private hotel parking. 4-5 minutes to the old town down the hill. The hotel is in the quiet area. Breakfast was good, better than standart Italian (but might have better choice if you are staying for a longer time). Nice pool and overall great quality and price ratio.
