I really was disappointed with this property. Pictures looks great on the expedia website but it's something way different when you there. Pool looks unkept and dirty, same as all the tables and chairs, seems that they have a lot deffer maintenance. Not recommend to anyone at all.

The hotel was handy to the adoquin and close to a place where I had a meeting scheduled. The pool water was clean (not cloudy) but there was a lot of debris floating in it, ie, palapa grass pieces and a cigarette butt. The tv only had 3 Sky TV channels.

Worse hotel I’ve stayed in. Terrible customer service. Only got two towels, for three of us. We needed more toilet paper on our third day, I asked the receptionist if they could give us more, he was very rude and said we could only get one in a day. Which they didn’t refill. Terrible place.

I stayed 5 days. My experience is: 1. Staff is not friendly enough, seems like if you are asking some favours. 2. They could not give me a pair of card keys, the excuse was "if we duplicate, one of them would be deprogrammed". 3. Room maintenance is not properly done, drainage smelled terrible, and cleaning is quite poor. 4. Breakfast taste is OK, but only one typical dish per day, remaining dishes are scramble eggs with Jam or bacon. Not a buffette as I expected. 5. Tours are not offered, I contacted nerby hotels for some tours, when I wanted to be informed by reception, the asnwer was "take this informative paper and call". 6. Pool is not so hygenical, I saw people eating inside and Walter got pulluted.. And some Kids telling their parents that "They did pee inside". 7. For Lunch and dinner, the restaurant does not have many options for dishes. Better to look for something nearby. Hotel arquitecture is amazing but it is being deteriorated by lack of maintenance.

The rooms have spider webs in the córners of the walls, doors. The ceiling fan dirty. The toilet no seat. When I asked about the toilet seat to one of the cleaning staffs. They said “the room is one of the economic room price”. I got so upset. The staff try to change the wording. I told him I didn’t pay cheap for the room.

Very nice hotel located very close to the beach of Puerto Escondido, walking distance to "El Adoquin" comercial zone, with a great view to the sea from their restaurant, nice and clean rooms, nothing espectacular but with a nice balcony.

This is a tough one. Lots of good things and lots of bad things. That’s why I rated it average. The checkin was good, and the room was good, nothing to complain about. However, regarding the room, it did not have a refrigerator. I knew that before booking this trip. I was hoping for a little better service down at the pool area. After several calls to the receptionist desk, they finally sent Angel. Even though he had only 15 days of experience, he did a good job, taking care of me, and the other guests down at the pool. I ordered a cheeseburger from Angel, and it was delicious, exactly how I ordered it. My room had a balcony, but there was no table or chairs to sit on. The way everything else was going I decided to not even try to fix the problem. I checked out the following morning and the daytime receptionist couldn’t even give me a receipt or call a taxi. He gave me a piece of paper with instructions on it as to how to get a receipt online. He told me to walk down a very steep road, and I would be able to hail a cab from there, terrible. And if I had had a good experience there, I was planning to spend the rest of my three week vacation at that hotel. But sadly it was not to be. According to my very unofficial count, there were about 10 families there. And they did not have enough staff to handle them, even though the hotel has room for hundreds! 👎
