We had a very good experience overall at this hotel in Rome. Giorgio (I apologize if I misspelled his name), the gentleman at the reception, was absolutely amazing — truly 10 stars for customer service 🌟 He was kind, helpful, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The manager was also very collaborative and attentive whenever we needed assistance.
The location is another huge plus 📍 The hotel is very well located and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made exploring Rome very convenient.
As constructive feedback, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved, mainly regarding housekeeping. The bathroom cleanliness could be better, and the shower did not have soap available when we arrived. We also noticed some blankets stored in the closet in a way that made us unsure whether they had been freshly cleaned. Small details like properly folded and organized bedding would help guests feel more confident about cleanliness and linen changes.
Overall, the staff and location made our stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements in housekeeping, this place could easily become excellent. 😊
