The staff was amazing. The guy who checked us in was very friendly. They also kept luggage for us before check in time. They provided maps, coffee and the location was in a quite non touristy area

Centrally located and within easy walking distance from most of the sights Rome. Nearest Metro stop just a 10 minute walk away.
Safe box not working Half room lights not working Shower drain needed cleaning, water not draining well which sometimes led to overflow in the bathroom. Sent message on arrival re above issues on cellphone number provided but no action was taken
