The staff were helpful, and friendly. We felt for the staff, as the room was clean, but the furniture was worn, marked, damaged and stained, which left a feeling of tired neglect. We hope that some of the other rooms are better, so that travellers have a more comfortable stay.

Wish I had taken photos as hotel doesn’t live up to the standards of the images that you see on Hotels.com quite rundown thread bear carpet chipped furniture. But room was clean and very quiet. If you like a hard bed, this is the hotel for you and hard pillows That is close to the motorway and near to Dublin and the Wicklow mountains not a bad place to locate

Very nice reception and bar but rooms are a bit grubby, the doors don’t lock properly I couldn’t relax as my 2 year old coupe open the door very easily even when locked with the key turned in the door, very friendly staff.

The staff here at Parkview was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. The bar is open until 11pm which is nice and is later than most places in the area. Thanks so much for a comfortable stay!

Dated hotel. Bathroom door propped open with a pedal bin as it swung closed. Room too warm despite open balcony door. TV areal hanging exposed from the wall. Painting going on in the corridors and the mess was left in the corridors in the evening when works finished.

The water was yellow (in at least two of the rooms) and smelled septic. It really put my shampoo to the test. Apart from that the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The location is right on what seemed to be the main street in a charming small town with a bus stop right outside the entrance.

Very comfortable stay. The room was excellent, all facilities, except wifi. I think as the room was the furthest away from reception both laterally and horizontally, the signal just couldn't get! So I had to sit downstairs in the lounge to communicate. No great problem. Bar restaurant very good, the guy who waited on was so obliging and helped me choose as I'm dairy intolerant. Breakfast excellent. Location handy for so many places of interest. I'd stay there again, and probably will next year.

We chose this hotel because it is not far from Dublin and have free parking. Besides, it's price was very reasonable. At the end of a two -week trip, we only wanted to stay at a place we could organize the luggage, had a good rest, and prepared for the long flight home. This hotel is clean, quiet, and friendly. We also had dinner in its restaurant. Good meal and service.

the hotel was nice. one complain is the noise level. it looks like there is no sound insulation. we can clearly hear conversations in the adjoining rooms. also music noise from wedding reception two floors below our room, was very audible late into night.

Our room was overlooking the road, which was loud with the sounds of people talking and cars going by. The room was not clean. Bathroom mirror was dirty, so were all the tables in the room. I cleaned them off myself. The bathroom door swings open right into the toilet. The hair dryer is like nothing I have ever seen. It's attached to the wall and the plastic handle gets so hot I couldn't even finish drying my hair. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone!
