Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort & Aquagames - All Inclusive

Here the amenities are great but there is language barrier, next visit learn Spanish and visit this place for sure…we have the translators apps…still I recommend to learn Spanish and visit this place.

The property is well maintained. Pool activities were fun but the pool and pool bar are small for the amount of people that were in it. The spa service was great -it would have been better if the lady at the front desk and the massage therapist had been a little friendlier. Most people at the resort were great, a few seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I understand that waiting on tourists can be hard but some people plan a whole year for this so at a minimum I expect the courtesy of a hello. The beach area was very nice and relaxing, the rooms got cleaned every day. The entertainment was also fun and lively. Three things this resort could do better: 1) maintain the children’s slide park cleaner. The pool itself was dirty with leaves and dirt. Just not clean, specially for little ones. 2) Better organization with dinner reservation…we had a group of 22 people and both times they were not ready for us. 3) This is the biggest one - the food options need to be improved significantly. The best meal of the day was breakfast. Lunch and dinner at the buffet were the same things every day. The protein (meat) was usually pretty dry and over cooked, making it tough. We did the Taino dinner and they ran out of some of the protein before everyone could get some. The meats were put on the grill late, with no seasoning. Everyone had to take turns around the grill for meat which seemed like it took forever. We ended up going to the buffet afterwards.
