Hotel Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Was good

We went from May 4 to May 14 2026 at Riu Palace Punta Cana , it’s third time for us at this hotel. we really really really enjoyed the vacation, the resort is huge and beautiful, very clean, renovated, people are very nice there, very easy to check in and check out, food is super delicious, lobby is huge and very beautiful. The beach is very nice and clean, it’s nothing to complain for this hotel definitely I’m going back next year with friends,10/10

Front desk service was horrible. They did not try to accommodate our needs at all. We were placed in a room with dirty linens, and less than 10 minutes after entering the room, I had to call housekeeping to have the sheets changed. Two days into our trip, my 2-year-old accidentally got locked in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk for assistance, and they told me they would “try” to get someone to help. After raising my voice out of panic, they finally contacted maintenance. Maintenance arrived about 5 minutes later, but by then I had already managed to open the door myself. The food was average overall. Breakfast and lunch were just okay, but the dinner buffet was great. Our server, Juan, was amazing and treated us like family from day one. The servers throughout the resort honestly deserve a 10/10 for their service and hospitality. The resort itself offers a wide variety of amenities. The kiddie pool was a huge hit with my toddler — she never wanted to get out of the water. The pool area also had staff constantly serving drinks and food, which was a plus.
