The property was clean and beautiful
The stairway inside the theater is very dangerous to walk when the lights are low. Stairway can use reflective material to make it easier to walk.

Loved Ivet at the pool area, her and her team were amazing.

The facilities are wonderful. The shows every night in the theater are of good quality. The quality of the food and the wide choices are great in the restaurants. The kindness of most of the staff. The availability of drinks and snacks in the pool areas.
In high season the lines to access the open restaurants are long. Reservations in closed restaurants (Toro) are almost impossible in high season. The minibar in the room is very basic and they did not replenish it daily (as was the promise of value).

The beach was beautiful. Staff was courteous and accommodating.
Ability and process to get a lounge chair needs to change. You should have lounge chairs assigned to each room and number of people staying in room. There were often arguments over lounge chairs. Second, more healthy food choices near beach. Third, more coffee offered around resort other than just the Grind. Lastly, the resort needs more/better pubs.
