Love the atmosphere, food, rooms and staff. We are hard rock fans for life.
Cost of personal hygiene products in the store. Paid over $30 for tampons and pads and $30 for sunblock.

Almost everything, I loved the fact that it's an old property but so well managed that you can't make out if not being told.
It's was an amazing experience. I and my family enjoyed every bit of the time spent on this property.
It was overbooked, but I understand the reason that everyone wants to have a piece of great experience 😄

The beach was beautiful. Staff was courteous and accommodating.
Ability and process to get a lounge chair needs to change. You should have lounge chairs assigned to each room and number of people staying in room. There were often arguments over lounge chairs. Second, more healthy food choices near beach. Third, more coffee offered around resort other than just the Grind. Lastly, the resort needs more/better pubs.
