Cleanliness of the room, butler Juan and our waiter for the week Alejandro and the towel guy Lenet was awesome!! All staff was but these just stood out !
Would like to be able to get US dollars out of an atm and not have an exchange fee..

The property was gorgeous and checked all the boxes. Great pools, wonderful beach. Luxurious, yet very friendly.
Some little things like the handrails in the stairwells needed to be touched up.

The landscape and the architecture are beautiful. Food is great. And the people are marvelous, nice, fun, kind, friendly and very respectful but basically genuine. The service at the restaurants is excellent I can pull a list of names that deserve recognition for the excellence in their work but is too long. I can add that this was the 10th vacation that we spend in the Majestic resorts, first at the Colonial and then in the Mirage.

The entertainment was great
My jacuzzi had mold. I spoke to management and was told that they would change the jet streams. A worker comes and says he’s going to paint it. The manger told me that he would let my butler know about my issue. When I checked out my butler had no idea. The manger never told him. I even asked if I can get a discount on my room because I could even use the jacuzzi. My girlfriend is allergic to mold. It’s not fair I paid for a room that I could not even enjoy all of what it had to offer. I didn’t get compensated or even credit on another stay.
