Breakfast was ok. only thing i didn’t really like was the TV options because we paid 300 to not get any type of streaming service options because it was locked.

Breakfast was terrible the first two days (sausage burnt and gravy thinner than soup). Not very kid friendly. I highly recommend booking night by night here. If anything happens, they won’t refund the rest of your reservation, at least they refused for me.

Room was good. The staff were nice. The hotel had an odd smell and the elevators needed to be cleaned. There was trash in both of them. Other than that it was good.

Staff is VERY unprofessional, 2 days with NO hot water, and almost got the cops called for very respectfully requesting to be moved to a sister hotel. I have video footage of staff being very rude and acting irate. Never stay in this hotel. We have filed a complaint claim on this specific hotel.

Staff were incredible and very nice. Our room was not so great. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling to the left of the window. There were two little red stains on our cover. The walls were dirty like leftover food or something from a spill. We usually stay here twice a year for dance competitions but unfortunately this will be our last stay. You could tell there was water damage to the ceiling causing what looked like black mold. We were on the 4th floor so it was the top floor.

Jasmin was so friendly and accommodating. We came in really late and she took great care of us. The beds are SO comfortable. We are doing a 15 days cross country roadtrip and these were the most comfy beds we’ve had. The shower water is hot which is a nice surprise. Most hotels only have Luke warm. The water pressure is really good.

When I went to check I was hit with a pet fee which, thought everything was took care when I did the booking. I paid it then when I checked out I was charged again. Still waiting for a manager to call me back, and for my money back from the second charge. Was told that Saturday when I checked out it would take 2 hours then was told a few days. Still have not got my money back. Housekeeping came in once just to get dirty towels and bath rags. Didn't clean the room, change sheets or make the bed. Ask for extra bathrags and it seem to be an issue. When we got into the room there was dishes left in the dishwasher from previous people. Breakfast was the samething sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits. I ask one morning about bagels an was told they was out. The communication needs to IMPROVE with the manager. Some of the staff was friendly and nice and there was a few that was rude and didn't really know how to answer the question or what to do. I would just like for my money back that they double charged me for.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Watery eggs; hard biscuits. Inside spa/pool was cold and dirty. Stayed three nights and took two days to get shampoo and body wash refilled. One lamp did not work and was never fixed after reporting. There was feces on the bedsheets. Management wasn't cooperative in the least bit. Had to contact corporate headquarters and in retaliation for contacting corporate we were charged $100 for alleged smoking in the room. We did not smoke at all in the room or hotel. ALWAYS went outside. Recommend never staying here. Travel a lot and have never been treated like were at this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay, especially with my dog. There were tons of pets there, so it is definitely a pet-friendly hotel!! I didn't hear anything from the floor above me which is super nice and the beds were so comfortable. We slept great and everyone had a great time! The shower amenities were name brand products and the pool is a medicinal pool that is heated. I will definitely stay her again!

The hot tub didn't seem to be more than warm, as it was part of the pool. The first room we had was recently used for a cat, and I am extremely allergic.
