We're smokers. Told the smoking area is front. Barred locked. When asker about it's locked the clerk could not/ would not provide access. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I'm still handling over-charges that are fraudulent.

I almost always stay at Mission Inn & Suites whenever I am in the East Bay area. I find it to be an excellent value for the cost. I recommend Mission Inn & Suites to anyone who is looking for value in their Hotel stay in the Hayward area.
