The room had a partial view of the pool. Comfortable AC. An elevator closest to the exit where I was parked..

The breakfast
The night staff or transitional from afternoon to overnight staff is quite rude. Didn't like that. Also the room I booked the pullout sofa was broken. We were accommodated and rooms were changed. But it was a weird process as they had to come into the room to check to see if I was telling the truth about the pullout sofa being broken, I had just arrived that night and was tired and ready to rest that was an inconvenience in my opinion. Also, the towels were not all the way clean I had long hairs stuck on supposedly fresh towels. Due to the staff's previous attitude wasn't able to file a complaint just requested new towels the next day.
