The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (I'd say medium in firmness). The room has a microwave oven too, which is a plus. The curtains are blackout but light seeps in from the edges. It was also pretty quiet even for a road-facing room. The only con is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, request for a first floor room.
