Tried to book a room from Monday to Friday, January 21 to the 25th online when we got there reservations were only for Wednesday and like I said we got there Monday the night staff that was on took care of us but took us out of the $*** a night range to $***a night plus $100 incidental the next morning I was woken up at 8:30 AM phone call after phone call to tell me to run to the front or they would call the cops for not paying $31 for which I still don’t understand what it was for then they charge me another hundred dollar incidental and $*** for a room. We asked to have the room turned and cleaned it never happened. They checked this out Tuesday but like I said we had reservations for Wednesday so they told us to just stay in the same room and changed our keys, but made sure we ran to the front desk to have it happen, first thing in the morning last night I made reservations for the next seven days for $*** and they began calling my daughter who was in the room recuperating from her operation by calling her eight times back to back to have her get a hold of me as I was out getting breakfast and told her that if we don’t pay in the next five minutes, they’ll call the cops and have a thrown out of there which they threw us out five minutes after I walked in the door because they said they did not like my daughters attitude. I think this hotel would be awesome. If the staff didn’t think it was their own living room and learned how to treat people like. Guests Instead of acting like they’re doing people a favor by allowing them to be there there is a continental breakfast, but don’t let me get started on that

Friendly staff, great breakfast, small but clean rooms with comfortable beds and decent bedding. Centrally located with Walmart across the street and close to the interstate. Would stay again.

The sleep inn tried charging my credit card everyday without my permission. They charged 100$ for my pet and then charged another 150$ for a deposit without my consent. Very disappointed in their staff at the front desk. They were unfriendly and rude when approached them about the additional charges.
