    The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful, we were upgraded for free. The hotel interior design is beautiful, the restaurant, bar & rooms themselves. The late night beigel delivery, 10/10

    Water pressure was low and temperature was inconsistent. I complained about it a few times and I was told it was fixed. After a few times I was offered another room in a different floor. It had the same problems but it was also noisy so I kept my first room.
