    Location was good 3-4mins walk to the tram to take you to firenze station. Close to the center. Room and bathroom is big quite old but decent.

    Entro in stanza e non funzionava l’aria, ho chiesto aiuto e mi è stato detto che “non sapeva cosa dirmi” dato che lui attaccava il turno solo alle 11 (cosa c’entra?), senza neanche controllare cosa non andasse. solo dopo aver visto che ero visibilmente infastidito di non avere l’aria (faceva parecchio caldo) mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto lui, sbuffando e con fare maleducato. inoltre, il bagno è disposto veramente male, con una trave attaccata al WC e bidet, che rende ovviamente molto difficile l’uso del bagno. pessima esperienza, non consiglio.
