Just a one night stay, sadly. Easy parking just over the road. Lovely room in top condition. Earplugs kindly supplied to help deal with the road noise from the bridge, but we didn't find it overly disturbing. Breakfast very good, but at 15 Euros the priciest of our trip round France. They also seemed understaffed at breakfast as the same staff were having to juggle reception duties as well.

Amazing hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location by the river. Comfortable rooms. In down town figeac. No mini bar which is no big deal for us and no safe in the room. However there is one at the reception you can use. We really loved this hotel and will not hesitate to come back. Thank you for the staff who made our stay exceptional

The hotel has a great location by the bridge overlooking the River. The hotel seems newly refurbished and and everything is spotless. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious enough. Balcony was nice to sit when weather was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating with any request. Parking lot small but always a space and free. Did not use the restaurant or bar. Did not like the soap dispensers in the shower and at the sink. Too hard to squeeze to get soap out.

Figeac is a great stopover or weekend it has a market on Saturday and many good restaurants. The Pont D’Or is perfectly placed and has the bonus of roof top pool and riverside bar/restaurant.

Excellent accommodation, clean and presentable room, large bathroom with bath and shower over, large comfortable bed. Great location, walk into the very nice old town of Figeac. Tea & coffee making in the room, could do with more than one tea bag / one coffee sachet though. Staff all excellent and very helpful, would use this hotel again. Breakfast at 15 euro's in way overpriced, just go into the town - Saturday market is with a visit - and recommend the restaurant we used - Restaurant Pizzeria Del Portel, the food is outstanding......

Dreadful stay,complained about the bedside light not working,the bulb was changed but blew up.The following morning I complained again,when we came back in the evening the only thing they had done was remove the bulb.Complained yet again,the bulb was replaced but blew all the electricity, resulting in me falling in the shower.We were offered an alternative room but as this was our third evening and we were leaving in the morning we didnt bother.When checking out I told the receptionist, who remembered complaining on the first morning,so for all the inconvenience caused she offered us a free cup of coffee!

Parking is available but insufficient bays. Had dinner on terrace on first night but after ordering drinks pre meal, had to remind another staff member to follow up after 25 minutes. Meal was ok but at elsewhere next evening.

Yes. The hotel is very well located, with access to a free parking across the street. Food was good (4 out of 5) and staff very friendly. The pool was closed due to weather conditions and the sauna down (leaking pipe). I would go back if everything was working as it should.

The staff at this hotel added a very nice level of enjoyment to our visit to Figeac. The food, the service and the overall pleasant demeanor made it all the more fun for our 2 days. I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel, if you get the chance to visit the marvelous town of Figeac and can book here sit back and enjoy both. When I return I shall book here again without a second thought.

The rooms a very clean and well kept. The only complaint would be that there is no shower screen at all so you tend to make quite a mees when you shower. This is a great place to stay to see Gascony and Perigord. The driving distances to see the towns are farther than in Provence, count on about an hour to get anywhere. But the area is worth it.
