The staff we dealt with were excellent & accommodating.

The toilet & shower (shared facility) were very small. The lock on one toilet door was very hard to open.

Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Great food. Very good food selection at breakfast. Great location on the edge of the historic area. Everything was very clean. Good lighting in the room. Comfortable bed, opening window and fan. Shared bathroom and toilet facilities (as described) but own basin in the bedroom.

Fix one tiny fault and the place would be perfect: the bracket holding the shower rose was broken, so it was just a hand-held shower.

My room was small but had everything I needed. Good value. Very clean and cozy. I had an excellent dinner at a time late for the kitchen.

I forgot my phone charger plugged in by the bed. Reception said it was not turned in. My mattress was saggy on one half (room 201).

Good value hotel in an excellent location, just a short walk from the old part of Figeac - a lovely small town in a beautiful area. Big free parking area adjacent to the hotel. Very friendly welcome from Celine.

Great Value for Solo Traveler, Comfortable and Well Priced

This is great for solo travelers- the private room is really nice and helps you feel secure. The facilities are also quite clean. The location can't be beat, you cross the street and are in the city center. Amazing value stay.

It was quite cold in the room when I visited in January. the walls are also very thin so you hear a lot of noise from the hallway or downstairs which can be uncomfortable.

Bathroom tiny, bedroom was hot we got no sleep at all, even had the window open, bedding was way too big and folded over so that was also making us hot so didn’t use it at one point. Bedroom very small and claustrophobic. No coffee facilities.
