The most beautiful historical hotel

A wonderful historic hotel, possibly the most beautiful I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is very welcoming, and the rooms are beautifully renovated.

The room service was tasty but rather simple. It would be nice to have a wider choice of authentic local dishes (not only tapas) and a slightly more elaborate presentation.

Gorgeous old hotel, yummy breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, well located in the heart of Figeac.

The place to be in Figeac, but it is not unrestrained luxury. Housekeeping isn't the strong suit.

The location is central, the property is gorgeous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pricing is fair and the breakfast was tasty.

1) No washcloths. I'm coming from America, I'm not packing one and taking a wet one in a suitcase. 2) No AC, had to open a 40 degree F outside window to cool down a sweltering room. 3) Coffee spoons were filthy and hadn't been changed. 4) You really have to hoof it to the parking and climb a very steep cobblestone road. 5) The bed was only a full which is inadequate for a 6'7" man.

A magical and welcoming combination of 15th century décore and modern comfort in the heart of a lovely town.

Stunning blend of medieval architecture and modern comfort and finishes. Quiet and very comfortable bedding etc. Location is fantastic, the hidden garden is enchanting and the view of the town from the large hotel room window was magical.

The breakfast had every option available, delicious croissants and confitures. Fluffy eggs and crisp bacon. And crepes ! Staff was very friendly.

The dinner menu was probably not our favorite. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And we absolutely loved the setting.

Great service and food in this charming hotel

The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite. The restaurant provided us with an amazing meal and beautifully presented. The room and hotel were very spacious. Would definitely stay again. Right in the centre was an ideal lication and secure parking only a few minutes walk away. Thank you

Only very small negative was the pool much smaller in reality than the pictures and was not worth getting in from an exercise perspective! Ok just to cool down/have a wallow!

Wonderful 13 th century property ,beautifully restored with all modern amenities.

There was no room in the hotel car park so we had to park in a public car park. Free,but a very stiff climb and quite a way from the hotel. It would have been nice if staff were there to help with bags arriving and leaving.

A memorable and enjoyable stay in an ancient building converted into a stylish hotel.

The hotel is really stylish; contemporary interior design within an ancient building. The conversion has been done done exceptionally well and it provides a sumptuous and special experience. Dining in the courtyard and enjoying the tranquil pool were highlights.

The toilet bathroom layout was a bit strange, especially as there was no hand basin in the separate WC.

Modern comfort in medieval splendor.

It was like staying in a museum but totally up to date. Everywhere you looked was an historic view. The room was spacious and the pool refreshing. Location couldn’t have been better. Don’t miss the chapel and the Charles Boyer library.

Restaurant seem totally understaffed, but it was a beautiful night in the courtyard.

Dog friendly in center of town

Beautiful property in the center of the old city. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice interior gardens, terrace and swimming pool (not open but looked great) breakfast was not lavish just right. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Super dog welcoming! A big plus when traveling with a best dog buddy.

Finding it. Finding parking lot. Learning the way to the room on my own. Reception staff a bit vague about all of the above. Proud of myself for solving the puzzles.

Not bad, but expensive for what we got.

Staff is very welcoming. You need it as access is not easy and while we parked at Parking le Puy, we were not prepared for the steep descent. Luckily we only had a bag each. The room was nice and very clean. Unfortunately the television didn’t work and we got stuck with a channel we couldn’t even turn off. That was eventually resolved. The next morning we could not figure out how to work the shower that need pulling an invisible leaver. Apparently we were not the first to have that problem…. Why not explain upon our arrival or have a little note stuck on the bathroom door? Breakfast was what one would expect, but not overwhelming. All in all not a bad experience, but a little less good than what we expected for the price.

a beautiful hotel in an impressive town. room was large and spacious. beds were comfortable and we had fun exploring the hotel and the town.

breakfast was silent! need some background music! got woken up by two men jumping into the hotel pool at 2am and had to call receptionist to report it after they woke up our two children. apart from this, a lovely hotel and enjoyed our trip

Absolutely everything . Perfectly situated right in the centre of the town . Stunningly beautiful building and grounds . Fabulous room with beautiful views and a little terrace with everything impeccably clean . The staff were super friendly and caring yet professional . Food was fantastic and every need catered for . We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough .

Hotel was superb as were the staff, extremely helpful. Dinner at the hotel was an amazing experience, we went for the 5 course dinner which was superb. The young waiter was excellent. Definitely going back. Private secure parking was worth extra payment.

Technology needs improving. I liked everything but my particular room, 207 had access to only one English TV Channel and I couldn’t connect to Netflix. The speaker provided did not have a proper volume control and the sound from my phone was louder than the speaker. No face washer in the bathroom and no hair wash or conditioner.

A perfect, dreamy hotel in a special town

Such a beautiful hotel with incredible atmosphere. Professional and kind staff. They saw I was working on my French and offered to conduct the check-in in French which I enjoy for practice. First rate breakfast. I love the courtyard isn’t totally sealed off from the outside world. Fantastic value in my book for a truly elegant and top hotel stay.
