Location and staff. Swimming pool was a bonus. Room lovely
Had to sift through bowls to find a clean on st breakfast. Lots of tiny flies swarming on a used tea pot, a bit off putting. Food good but a bit bland. Could be our taste. A minor thing and This shouldn’t detract from a lovely room and staff in a perfect location

Beautiful building and gardens. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The perfect mix of old and modern. The bed was comfortable. Lots of wardrobe and storage space. Great location in town. The hotel gave us a list of places to eat and they gave us a room accessible by lift which was very helpful. The pool area was nice.
The breakfast was disappointing, items were stale and brought back out the next day. Not as much choice as we’d have liked.
The dinner was not to our taste. The staff were attentive, the restaurant area is gorgeous but the food let it down.
It was quite dusty in the room.
I would suggest the wardrobes have lights installed inside as they are quite deep and dark.

Great mix of historic and modern charm. Nice breakfast. Located right in the center of Figeac, but still quite and peaceful. Nice restaurant on site.

Beautiful, historic and interesting building in a lovely central location. Enjoyed the facilities and our beautiful large room with such heigh ceilings. Great car park albeit a short drive/walk away. The pool, not huge but large enough, was in a lovely spot. Bed very comfy.
The chairs in the room and breakfast room were uncomfortable and too low for the table. The wooden sunbeds also needed much better padding. Otherwise all very good. Stairs to bathroom in our bedroom really needed a handrail.
