The property provided a unique experience which really added to our stay. It was full of character and it even added to the experience when a bat decided to fly through! Our host was excellent, nothing was too much bother and he provided lots of information about the property as well. Would highly recommend a stay!

Unique and wonderful stay - with a wonderfully welcoming host.

Thomas could not have done more for us to make us comfotable and to welcome us. The breakfast was lovely and the room sublime. A truly unique property which we will remember with great fondness - can't recommend it highly enough.

A last minute booking which was a treat, such helpful staff who helped me deal with a towed car.

Location fabulous.The building is beautiful,the most helpful staff,it feels.very special ,magical especially loved my early breakfast on the balcony.

Not so keen on the dark sheets but I guess colouring fitted the medieval decoration

This was one of the most memorable places I've ever stayed.

We had very personal attention from the owner since this is not actually a hotel but a medieval fortress with just a few rooms available. As was explained to us: we'd have no TV or air conditioner but would instead be transported to the middle ages. It was a unique experience and I would do it again without hesitation. If you need/want a hotel, go to a hotel. If you want a memorable experience, I can't recommend this highly enough. The room was large with a basic kitchenette, bathroom and washer/dryer. There was through ventilation and although the day was warm, the night was cool. We had a simple breakfast in the grand dining hall as the only guests - wow ! Read about the Knights Templar and regardless of your religious views, you'll connect with history here. Thank you TR !

Atypique, exceptionnel

au cœur de l’hyper-centre historique de Figeac. Quelle chance de pouvoir passer une nuit dans un site historique, c’est exceptionnel! De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis et soignés durant notre court séjour. Equipements conformes au descriptif. Pas de TV comme attendu et petit coin toilette.
