The people who work there are very nice but the business model of a budget hotel needs work

This is not an 8 Euro breakfast. You are better off to skip it and go out in the town. This hotel needs to rethink the quantity and quality of the food.

This hotel has no on-site parking. The hotel either needs vouchers for public parking or some other solution. Driving a van makes street parking a difficult task.

L accueil par la réceptionniste.

Rien n' est bien dans cet hôtel. Hôtel extrêmement bruyant. Nous avions l impression de dormir avec nos voisins de chambres. Entendre parler, et le lit de la chambre du dessus grincer. + Chambre donnant sur carrefour très fréquenté. Chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Wc en face du lit avec juste une porte coulissante. Salle d eau sans fermeture. Ménage très moyen. Jolies toiles d araignée. Aucun stationnement à proximité.

Très bien placé,à 10 min du centre ville de Figeac, stationnement facile. Personne d'accueil très gentil et à l'écoute

Hôtel à la limite de l'ouverture au public,chambre vieillissante, pas adaptée,odeur de renfermé, pas de rideau de douche, une TV qui ne marche pas,pas de télécommande, des toiles d'araignée plein la chambres et très visibles, pas insonorisé du tout, accès de nuit par un porche salle ,poussiéreux pas entretenu, un petit dej au plus simple possible, manque de quantité, Pas du tout à la hauteur du prix , à se demander s'il y a du personnel d'entretien tout court !

L’emplacement au bord de la route pas d’éclairage en rentrant le soir étant seule c’était particulier , l’odeur vieillo en arrivant , le fait qu il n’y est pas de distributeur de boisson si besoin , pas de clim uniquement chaîne tnt , le lit pas assez confortable, la salle de bain où il manque des portants et pas de lumière dans la cabine de douche même si assez grande . Toile d’araignée au bord des fenêtre et énorme araignée trouvé sur celle ci en rentrant . mobilier ancien. Pas de clim juste ventilateur.

La chambre double était très bien : bon emplacement côté jardin, avec un environnement bucolique, bonne literie. Le personnel très agréable. La diversité des produits du petit-déjeuner.

Il manquerait un rideau de douche et des étagères dans la salle de bain de la chambre double. La chambre triple n'avait pas la même qualité : déco défraichie, murs fissurés qui ne permettent pas la fermeture de la porte des toilettes, insonorisation côté rue inexistante, murs abimés, tv non fonctionnelle et installation électrique peu rassurante.

De nombreuses fourmis dans la salle de bain le matin . Malgré un signalement auprès de l'accueil on aurait espérer un nettoyage pendant notre petit déjeuner.

Chambre figée dans les années 70, autant dire que ça n’a rien à voir avec les photos. Pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain. Propreté à revoir, présence de toiles d’araignée qui vu la taille ne datent pas d’hier, accompagné bien évidemment de leur colocataire... 2 grosses araignées au mur lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, force est de constater que la chambre n’a pas été vérifié avant notre arrivée.

Hôtel vieillot, situé en bordure de routes et accolé à une colline en sortie de ville . Il ne correspond pas à son nom moderne et les photos datent de longtemps . Pas vu non plus d’espaces verts ou de terrasse

Très bon accueil de l’hôtesse à notre arrivée . À notre écoute et a su nous rendre service pour trouver un lieu sécurisé pour nos motos.

Une applique murale prête à tomber. Le pied du ventilateur pas opérationnel. Nous avons dû trouver un système pour ne pas que l’appareil ne nous tombe dessus. Accueil du matin de l’hôte froid et impersonnel. Hôtel pas insonorisé et bruyant avec le passage des poids lourds dans la rue. Pas de housse de protection du matelas.
