Very friendly and helpful staff, but I had to sleep in a single bed even though I reserved a queen-size bed. Furthermore, I explicitly asked the hotel beforehand for a QUIET room. I got a room on the 1st floor next to the air conditioners, see photos. The doors slam very loudly and because of the poorly soundproofed floors you can hear every click of the shoes. Really bad for the expensive price! By the way, the hotel is in an industrial area with nothing around.

Staff was kind enough, the room was clean enough as well. negative aspects are 1, the wall is very thin so you might be bothered by neighbor's snoring like we have experienced. 2, the toilet flush was super weak! which I believe they have to fix it. overall it was fair enough.

Hotel sited within 5 minutes of tram and approximately 8 from metro station making travel to city centre effortless. Also local travel tickets are combination covering tram metro and bus at a good price. Friendly staff and very helpful. Restaurant good with plenty of room.

Its not the worst one i have stayed in. You pay for what you get. The staff are very friendly which helps. The room is ok. Needs a bit of a refresh. The toilet has limescale after what must have been a long leak in the past. The light fixings have a bit of rust. But you can have these roblems in more exspensive hotels too. Its fit for purpose and a good price.

This was a very pleasant hotel, all the staff spoke English which was useful. The breakfast was first class, the hotel nice and very clean. The room was very quiet as was the neighbourhood. The major criticism of the hotel is that it is very difficult to find, the signage to the hotel is very misleading as, you appear to come to a no entry situation just off the motorway. Maybe in the how to get there, it would be useful to give some additional instructions as to how to proceed once you have exited the motorway.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel other than the location, the lack of air-conditioning, and the extremely uncomfortable beds! It is located in a light industrial area about 5km from the centre of Lille. There is nothing within walking distance nearby in the way of food or drink. The nearest amentities are a Carrefour shopping centre about 3km away. The staff were pleasant and helpful. However as it was a stinking hot 30 degrees and the rooms aren't airconditioned I would not recommend staying here in the summer months. So, all in all, okay for one night if you just need a cheap bed - but really you can do a lot better.

The photos of this hotel are very misleading. The restaurant/bar were deserted and tiny. The bedroom was also very small. However the most disappointing aspect of this hotel is its location - on an industrial estate. Nowhere is within walking distance and there are very limited nearby facilities, places to eat etc.

Staff were friendly and helpful but this is clearly a hotel geared to business stays. It is situated on a business park. When we arrived at 8pm on the Friday night the notice at reception indicated that dinner was available, as we had expected from the website. However, the receptionist then turned round the notice which said on the other side that dinner is not available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Her first suggestion for a meal was the local Carrefour,which was some distance away but when asked about restaurants in Marq-en-Baroeul she gave us the name of one which we asked her to book for us. The meal was excellent but we had to pay for taxis there and back (20 euros each way).

The hotel is near a partially empty industrial park and it is really far away from the interesting parts of town. The staff didn't speak much english and it was really hard to get to the hotel from the train station.
