I really enjoyed the customer service and location. It was nice to walk down and sip a coffee as my girlfriend got ready upstairs. Very romantic location and very walkable. A bit edgy but seemingly safe at night.

Lovely place to stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. I forgot to bring my charger and converter but was immediately given the suitable paraphernalia. They helped plan routes and bus journies in to neighbouring towns. They also gave us pointers on local bars and restaurants.
The room was cosy and very clean. We had wonderful views of the Notre Dame cathedral with gorgeous French windows that could be fully opened.
Very conveniantly located - an 8 min walk to the train station, only 15-20min walk to old town area and the tram stop is essentially round the corner - on Jean Médicin avenue.
Will definitely recommend to others and look to stay again.
