    Excellent location in the heart of Venice, 2 minutes walk to St Mark's Square. Lots of shops and restaurants in street and small supermarket opposite hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room with beautiful decor. Would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel proprio nel centro storico di Venezia. Perfetto per visitare la città a qualsiasi ora. Staff professionale e gentile. Colazione più che sufficiente. Noi avevamo una camera doppia con vista su un cortiletto molto romantico. Il San Zulian è un hotel storico, ma con le comodità moderne. Io e mio figlio abbiamo prolungato il soggiorno di una notte, perché ci siamo teovati bene. Consigliabile!

    Upon arrival on time we were told to go to different hotel,hotel Panaga. The reception just show by hand without ushering us to the correct one only given a paper written room number and hotel to go. We walk about 150m aimlessly till we see the hotel name. Upon entering were given another lenghty instruction telling the room location. Upon go another maze we able to find our room. It is very far from reception. Upon seeing the room it was a gloomy small room with poor lit. Luckily the toilet is clean and spacios. Upon resting on the bed it is poor suspension and the pillow is smelly. Thin cloth that act as blanket. Luckily there is a another blanket in the cupboard. There is chiller provided but not that cold. No iron provided. Breakfast is mediocre.
