It was a very nice hotel , with convenience to the airport in the morning . There are not a lot of restaurant options , if you do not eat at the hotel . You will have to drive to go elsewhere . Otherwise , it is really lovely .

I did a mother daughter trip with my 13 year old. We loved this hotel as it was clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff are very kind and we loved the little shuttle guy. If your looking to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Venice and want a nice pool this is ur place. The hotel has a shuttle to the train and it's 2 stops into Venice. Takes about 30 minutes by train and costs 7.90 euro for 2 ppl. The breakfast was delicious, huge variety and very fresh. Only downfall is the pool closes at 8pm.

Gorgeous hotel set in the most amazing gardens, with lovely staff. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, plenty of sun beds available. We booked a classic standard room for 7 nights, it was perfect for us, spacious with a very comfy double bed and en-suite modern shower room. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cereals, pastries and some hot food, sausages, eggs etc. The hotel provide a free shuttle service at certain times of the day to the train station and if you call them when you leave Venice they will pick you up too. Times of trains are available from reception. Trains are regular and easy to use, we visited Venice and Verona during our stay. We ate twice at the hotel restaurant, the food and service was 5 star. We also had a few evening meals at Madly, a 15 minute walk from the hotel and this was very good also. We loved this hotel, it is looked after beautifully by wonderful staff who take good care of their guests.

Great hotel with really nice and professional staff. We loved to cool down by the pool. Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice without actually staying in Venice, as you can easily take the train directly to Venice from this city. Would come back if I were to visit Venice again.

Hotel, hotel staff were excellent, The adjacent water-way and trail contained various forms of wildlife and was a pleasure to take a stroll on the trail to town. The hotel restaurant staff were excellent, the food quality was not commensurate with the price. I and my wife decided to splurge just once this trip on a good meal and we spent about 260.00 Euros on the dinner. My wife's lobster plate contained just a sliver of lobster. My tiramisu and coffee was a slice of cake with a splash of coffee next to the cake. I left the restaurant hungrier than when I entered. Staff indicated they had a chef, but no alterations to the meals could be made which makes me believe all meals are prepared beforehand and heated prior to serving. Breakfast is 17 Euros per person. The range of food offered at breakfast is wide and delicious. However, when asked if staff could prepare us an omelet, we were advised it could be done at an additional cost. 17 Euros per person is more than enough to avoid further costs to have a simple omelet made. To sum it up, this is a very nice hotel, but I am less enamored with the restaurant - FYI, there are restaurants in the local town and I kick myself for not seeking out this alternative.

I enjoyed my stay here. From the moment you enter the staff is amicable and help you with anything you need, e.g. taxi, bar, restaurant appointment. The room I got was on the ground floor and it had an area to go outside. The whole place was quiet and lovely. They also have bikes to rent and and an area to ride them alongside the river. They have a restaurant inside the hotel and one beside it, it is about 15 from the Venice airport but overall it was enjoyable.

Stayed here previously when travelling out of Venice airport in October. Really liked the stay last time, despite the distance from airport, odd industrial estate setting and getting a room impacted by the slope of the roof. It has a comfy bed, the whole property is generally quite newly fitted out and minimalist classy feel. However, we hoped to rest by the pool area, even if the pool was closed for the season, which it was. The area is being redone slightly so holes and earth around, plus no loungers to be found and no attempt to keep it looking tidy, so very, very unlike the pictures on the listing. Added to this, the room was too warm for us. Despite the listing saying AirCon, it is turned off. We queried this and weren't even offered a fan, despite the room having no standard window opening to a 'normal' outdoor area (it opens possibly to the lift shaft) and the roof light having limited opening. In order to try get some, very limited, airflow we had both open and were subject to noise from a drill being used somewhere below the window (fixed insect frames meant couldn't see out as to where) and still the room was too hot. Last time we stayed there were streaming services but this time the only English language channels were CNN Int'l and France 24, which rather limits enjoyable viewing for a vacation day! Wish we'd picked another, more conveniently located, hotel with either proper ventilation or working aircon, which were available on our dates for about the same cost.

We are a family of five adults and we had booked three bedrooms. Pros: Clean, well maintained comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with beautiful surroundings. Cons: very strict, unnecessary and unusual rules for a supposedly four stars hotel verging on draconian leaving us uncomfortable and not at ease which affected our enjoyment. Insect screens in our three bedrooms were damaged exposing us to severe insect bites required medical treatment. Our rooms were right above the hotel restaurant and there was always unpleasant smell particularly in the morning. Would we stay there again? No, unless we don’t have a better option !!!

This property is beautiful! My husband and I were looking last minute for a place in Venice and this was just a 25 minute drive to get a water bus to the center. This hotel is beautiful and classy. Breakfast was delicious and the grounds are well kept. Definitely recommend.

They were so friendly and accommodating! Language barrier when trying to order food they not only showed me but they called and ordered it and had it delivered!! Shuttle to the train station every day for 5 euros round trip! They went above and beyond every time. Highly recommend staying there if you’re looking to be in Venice but not in Venice. Short train ride into the city made it so much easier on not lugging luggage through the heart of Venice!! The train is comfy has restrooms and is a cool to visit too. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel!

Super friendly, willing to help you get to where you need and arrange transportation for you. They have an onsite pool which is maintained daily and always looks brand new. It is a 5 minute car ride to the train station but they can accommodate a shuttle service for you if you are not renting, otherwise it’s about a 20 minute walk, which isn’t too difficult to navigate to.

Travelling every week with work and I am sensitive to customer service as I have been in sales all of my career. Seldom you see such a well run organisation. The people are passionate about what they do and it shows with their helpfulness, eagerness to make a good impression and willingness to go the extra mile for you to get the best possible stay. My daughter is gluten intolerant and it is often hard to find places that have a nice selection for her but here they have everything. A special thank you to the lady in reception (with the white teeth) and the blond lady running the breakfast- you rock! Thank you - we will be back!
