A lovely place to stay if You go to Venice

Breakfast, peaceful hotel, they have the best coffee (they have our favourite Dersut coffee) and the restaurant next to the hotel is super.

The fridge is too small in the room.

The Staff were very friendly. There was a sense of family and warmth at the hotel. They went out of their way to meet our needs and were very helpful. Location is great - less than 15 mins walk to station and 20 mins to Venice. I would most certainly go back again.

Great choice to visit Venice

What a fabulous find this was to visit Venice on a budget. Really great hotel and it only took about 45 minutes to get right to the heart of Venice, a 10 minute walk and the then a direct train. It was great to stay in such a quiet location after the chaos of the city.

At first, I thought I made a mistake because it was to the North of Venice. But once we got there we were able to take the 3 euro to Venice and it was great! I would stay here again for sure!

Hotel was great. 24 hour reception means late check in was available. Car park is also present and free.

We were looking to go to Venice the following day but had a personal car. If you don't have a personal car, it would probably be too far to stay at for a trip to Venice

Short & Unexpected Incident

The price is reasonable within Marco Polo Aeroporto vicnity.

The cab ride isn't cheap at all, spend €50 to the hotel (not a happy camper). I suggest to contact the front desk to arrange your discounted shuttle rides. Also, there was an unforseen circumstance where the ceiling started dripping water at night. I was awaken coz it thought it was pouring rain but it was the water coming down from the A/C systen. I didn't bother to escalate the issue coz I just stayed overnight. So, I placed a plastic bucket for water dripping to drop in plus it generated a white noise in my ears. HA! The lady rectified the issue next day by giving me a free breakfast! Yay! That's a superb customer service.

The staff were extremely helpful! - The room had a balcony so we were able to come back from dinner and sit outside, have a drink and enjoy the warm evening air. Parking was just across the road so no problem getting luggage - there was a lift !! which I very much appreciated due to difficulty with stair cases. Highly recommend this hotel.

Peaceful, quiet area. Hotel is tidy and clean. The staff is kind and helpful, breakfast is excellent. Venice is easily and quickly accessible by train. Affordable. I gladly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the wonderful stay. :)
