Hotel is fine. Ride fare is not
Room was large and I loved the balcony and large shower.
Word of caution- the cost for the hotel driver to take you to the airport is €50!! I was not told this until I was being dropped off at the airport. I was a solo traveler with 1 carryon and small overnight bag. Not happy.

Staff were friendly and the room was a great size. Good breakfast.
Unfortunately the lift was out of service and waiting on a part. However, staff were great at getting our luggage up the stairs to our room.

Exceptional! Absolutely great!
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything was top-notch! The staff was very professional, very friendly and helpful (gave us a lot of extra information, as we had plenty of questions), the room was very large, very clean, with a beautiful balcony, it had very comfortable beds, a superb bathroom (loved the shower)! The hotel also has a huge private garden, with a beautiful lawn, lots of flowers, places to relax... it even had peacocks! The private parking was included and it was VERY nice, with lots of shade for the cars. Another thing that was great for us: the hotel had a private charger for electric vehicles, and we could charge our EV overnight with no extra costs! And finally: the breakfast was excellent too! Among others: best coffee machine with lots of extra options, great juice dispenser, lots of fruit and plenty sweets for dessert. We just loved this hotel!!!

Excellent Hotel
Really like this hotel. Good breakfast, quiet, safe, away from busy roadways. Lots of space and excellent shower. Everything worked well. Pretty good value. Also stayed here twice last Sept. Courteous and efficient staff. Good place for first night in or out of Venice airport.
Need an instruction sheet for opening door to balcony.

- We booked a room for three people (two adults with a child, of 4 years) but we only found a bed for two persons, - There are a lot of mosquitoes, we have become prey to mosquitoes, - We stayed 4 days and the bedding weren't changed, - Bad cooling, - I find the price is overrated, - we paid extra on check out,
