Excellent getaway

Everything is great! Breakfast is outside overlooking the beautiful river. Rooms are furnished very well, everything is kept in a perfect condition and it is very clean. Room size is perfect! 😍

Very clean, taken care of, nice details throughout the hotel (toiletries at bathroom for hotel guests, snacks with drinks, etc.) The staff was very friendly and attentive, especially Erika and her great care of all guests;

Near the river and serene. Best breakfasts ever.

A woman was coming down to the bank where a pair of swans used to nest and even had signets. She would look dreamily off to the sky whilst her 2 dogs dug and muzzled excitedly on the banks they also walked in. There were ducks there earlier too. All have moved upstream and the pair of swans have no signets. She arrives around 8.00 am or 8:30 am I should have said something. Hopefully another guest will pass it on!

A lovely comfortable hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

The pool was lovely and the surroundings were planted beautifully with flowers and shrubs. We had a very nice lunch overlooking the river. The restaurant menus surprised us with innovative take on Italien Cousine.

It would have been nice to have more sockets or usb plugs available in the bedroom. As there was a high instep into the shower a grab rail would have been good.

The place was excellent, the rooms were clean and tidy, with new and clean towels and very beautiful designs . The room was normal, and the bathroom was big, clean, and comfortable. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and the swimming pool was clean and the place around beautiful full of flowers. It it really an excellent place to stay.!

Very satisfied

A wonderful, idyllic country-style accommodation 15 minutes by car from Venice Airport. The elegant lobby, clean beds, and spacious, quiet, and cozy bathrooms are very satisfying. Quarto d’Altino station is 5 minutes away, and Venezia Santa Lucia station is 30 minutes away, making it convenient. Breakfast costs 7 or 17 euros

Everything was really perfekt. The place is excellent for discovering the surrounding. The room was very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool is quite big and suitable even for swiming. The breakfast was tasty.

Good location to catch an early flight.

We spent a night prior to early departure from the airport. For that purpose it is well located. The property was clean and we got good recommendation for dinner at a nearby town.

The room décor is not attractive and bathroom is large but feels empty. The courtesy of the receptionist upon departure was lacking good will- very contrary to all other places we stayed at during that trip. Overall value is OK but not more than that.

Exceptional

A beautiful place, nicely decorated rooms, very kind staff, as well as a rich breakfast, which is not so common in Italy. Especially suitable for families who want to spend leisurely time - swimming in the pool, sunbathing, riding bicycles. We have stayed at this property several times over 10 years and every time we stay we find ourselves willing to come back once again.

The room was quite small for 4 people, but it didn't affected our overall impression much.

Hidden gem in the most beautiful surroundings

What a hidden gem this hotel is!!! Borgo Cà dei Sospiri was a God send after being stranded in Venice airport, due to a missed flight connection, myself and my friend booked Borgo Cà dei Sospiri at 12pm and arrived 30 minutes later, where we were greeted by the most lovely Receptionist who could not have done enough for us. After explaining our eventful morning to the receptionist she upgraded us to a beautiful suite, with one of the comfiest beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. Every member of staff we came across were so kind and welcoming and the grounds of the hotel are like something from a film, so picturesque and everything you could imagine the Italian countryside to be! Both the lunch time restaurant and the main restaurant were faultless, the food was so tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a remote location with a small village a short walk away, which unfortunately we did not get chance to visit! If you are looking for an authentic Italian hotel with friendly staff, stunning surroundings and delicious food, please look no further than Borgo Cà dei Sospiri! I cannot wait to return

Superb

Super friendly staff, clean, quiet location, plenty of parking, really high quality hotel overall for a very low price.

This isn't a complaint as I was given a room upgrade for free which I'm very grateful for, but in the room i was given there were a couple of spider webs and sadly very little shower gel which ran out quickly. However the cleaning staff do a great job anyway so this isn't a criticism of them.
