Bearing in mind these are Parisien buildings there are many stairs/steps and 1 small lift that can fit 2 average size people and a case. Sadly most of the staff were without smiles and asking for help seemed to cause stress. The last day there was a young man on reception Vuenna? Very lovely and helpful and happy to help. Breakfast was nice, but you need to be early as it’s not topped up frequently and one family on one morning took most of the fruit leaving little for others. Shops and amenities are very close by with the metro, buses and taxis all close by. You need to buy bus tickets in advance.
Uber taxi’s are cheapest. Great Boulangers all around Paris which if you buy a pastry or baguette from there it’s nice to then sit in the nearby park and eat.. cheaper than doing restaurant each day. Rooms in hotel are small, this is normal Parisien style.

We had a great stay! The room was small, which is typical for Paris, but it was comfortable for one adult and two teenagers traveling with one suitcase. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and we really appreciated that the room had air conditioning, especially during the summer.
The location was fantastic. It was just a block from the RER B train station and within easy walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon, making it very convenient to explore Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. While it wasn't a huge buffet, it offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options and was the perfect way to start the day.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Paris.
