Very nice hotel. Room very clean and was a nice size for NY and hotel was in a great location. Unfortunately some minor things let it down, basin hot tap was broken, shower thermostat wasn’t working properly (was hot or very hot) and room wasn’t made up despite the sign put on the door. If rooms are not made up automatically, it would have been nice to have been advised during check in. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.
The attached Benjamin Steak restaurant was in our opinion over rated. Extremely noisy for an evening meal and difficult to hold a conversation. For such an expensive restaurant the Customer service was disappointing and food was nice but not worth the money.

Very lovely hotel. The staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Ill definitely stay again. The room was very spacious and clean. It is a very quiet hotel, so I wouldn't suggest you spend your honeymoon here... 😉
