Despite having stayed for only one night, they charged two nights for parking. Other than that, everything was great and the staff was very respectful.

Room was so spacious and clean. The cleaning staff were great they cleaned and made the bed daily 👍
All the staff from reception to bell boy everyone were welcoming. I would definitely stay again.
Location was so great subway, food, shopping, tourist spots everything was just walking distance.
A small con is there is 1 main elevator due to elevator renovation so can be busy during times. There are service elevators too to use during those times.
