    Pros: Larger than the usual hotel rooms in nyc, great location Cons: Service is awful. > I almost lost my drivers license bec the person at the lobby didnt even return it to me until i looked for it and found it myself on the desk unattended! > Asked for toiletries upon checking in, but none were given and we werent even given a shower gel on our last day of stay! > Cleanliness is so-so > No fridge! No water or coffee in the room, no water kettle
