Location is great. It's walking distance to theatres and restaurants, but not as noisy as Times Square area. The room was comfortable and clean. We requested rooms near each other and the hotel was able to accommodate that request.
It does not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. There are no vending machines / ice machines. Called each morning to have ice delivered. Also did not like that the 2 drinking glasses are on a shelf in the bathroom over the toilet. The desk is a better location. Most disappointing, the advertised roof top patio is closed for renovation, the adjoining bar is closed. The guard said lobby bathroom closes every night at midnight. We weren't sure if this accurate since we came back to the hotel at 11:25 and it was already "locked for the night" per guard.
