    I stayed at the Casablanca hotel last year and was very happy with it, I was a little saddened by a few changes but not much. No little toiletries. I really liked that and looked forward to it. The few items they provide at ricks cafe for breakfast seemed to end earlier than last visit. I still enjoyed the tea and coffee they provide but last time we had a coffee maker in the room, also sadded it wasn't there. My mom had to order a wine through the concierge rather than the restaurant which was a little odd but nothing too horrible other than the room which was rather warm and we couldn't control the settings. Overall I'd stay there again. The staff are always wonderful, the just up the block garage is perfect, its near time square for enthusiasts and is near Bryant Park for easy access to uptown/downtown transportation. I will probably stay there again, will recommend.

    First of all I would like to say they staff were all great. Very welcoming. The location is between Bryant park and times square and happily enough, very quiet. I would not recommend big families or luggage there. The space is a little tight. Parking is up the street and you can have the hotel validate parking to get a discount. Several food options around and while the do offer room service it is not "in" the hotel itself, which may be a drawback for some as it only works certain hours and it is not from the same hotel. Loved that they provided such things as slippers and an alarm clock with a plug for your phone/charger. One of the really great things is ricks cafe which offers, cold and hot drinks, and snacks. That I believe is 24hrs a day. I truly do recommend this place and will return there in the future. Really good hotel.
