This was our second visit to this hotel. We stay in one of The Level rooms and find this well worth the slightly extra cost. There are food/snacks and drinks, including beer and wine, available in The Level lounge free of charge from 1pm daily.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were extremely kind. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in a great neighborhood near many of the sights without being right on the Gran Via.
