I arrived to find there was no hot water, which was disappointing after a long journey. However, it was fixed by the morning, and I appreciated the prompt resolution. Other than that, the stay was pleasant, and the staff was responsive. Free parking. 2 miles away from city centre. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location for accessing the motorway but it is not a good area for finding something to eat within easy walking distance. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but a lot of the bathroom fixtures were broken. And not much choice for breakfast if you are gluten free.

Great value for the price. Situated in the outskirts of Lyon center, cosy place, breakfast was adequate. Carpets could be removed to make the place a bit cleaner. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Getting there was interesting to say the least - would not have attempted without a GPS. Rooftop parking was tight but free. Apparently my definition of a king sized bed differs from the European definition, but the bed was comfortable enough. Could have used more bedside plugs. They have a great pet policy and I am happy that the surcharge was not excessive. Overall a pleasant stay. We did not have the breakfast so no comment there.

The breakfast was very very poor, almost embarrassing. It was almost just sweet things, like fruit yoghurt, a few dry croissants and some jams and bread and very hard boiled eggs. We asked if we could get some cheese or something and we got a few dried pieces of (cheap) cheese that tasted like they had been kept a long time in the fridge with other foods.

It was a hot summer and the air conditioner in our room did not work (maybe on the whole floor?). The only good thing was the fron desk refunded 30% of the cost of room. Front desk staff very helpful.

We chose this location because of its close location to leaving the city easily the following day. There was no air conditioning in the rooms during the warmest weather seen in years, the pool could not be accessed as completely covered with algae. Green light to have you proceed in garage broken. We were offered to be moved to another hotel but we decided to stay. Would have expected a reduction in rate or complimentary offer of a reduction on meals but nothing. Obviously not well managed in terms of upkeep and repair. Room clean, staff accommodating but not acrestful night

I had to check out 2 hours after i checked in. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was hot as hell. If i remember correctly, it was around 38 degree Celsius. I am not sure why i am not getting my money back. Terrible service from Expedia.

Hotel rooms good, but we arrived to find on Friday and Saturday the restaurant was going to be closed, as we picked this hotel because they had a restaurant it was upsetting. Excellent service! Professional as well. We stayed there on two occasions over five days. On our second stay, the A/C compressor failed and the hotel rooms did not have A/C (a heat wave is currently hitting France). Management offered to cancel the charges for the two bedrooms we had. Otherwise it’s a great hotel very well located with an excellent restaurant. The pool was clean and its water fresh. Will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip.

Very poor service in the restaurant two of the main dishes were not available and the staff were not concerned. We had to ask for water desert meus etc...They were junior staff who had no supervision and did not seem to have any experience of customer service.The hotel did not have access to a laptop or printer for guests to print boarding cards etc..They was one member of staff at the front desk who did not seem to be able to speak or understand English.Out side the hotel there were prostitutes openly looking for business which was very concerning for those of us travelling with families
