I didn't feel comfortable in the room. I didn't sleep for many hours.

The bathroom was clean and also the toilets were clean. soaps and towels were good.

It was a non-smoking room but the room smelled very bad (not from smoking), obviously the carpet is old (it looks very old) and wasn't cleaned in a while. All of the furniture seemed from the 1980's. Air-conditioner makes noise like a factory, doesn't matter what level you put it on. It wasn't easy to find the place and I don't understand why a basic sign from the main street could be placed. The bed also seemed old although the mattress was ok.

Honestly, the building is not well maintained. Wallpapers falls off, sometimea there is random trash lying around and bad smell. It generally gives the impression to be kind of old and sad.

We stayed for 2 weeks. This is an apartment hotel and for the price it was very nice. We had a confortable stay. Staff is very helpful.

The staff is nice. The bed was comfy.

Wifi is absolute garbage. Very frustrating to just sit there while it's buffering like it's the 80s. If you spend most of your day gaming/streaming videos, this is not the hotel for you.

Arrivée facile. Baignoire permettant de prendre un bain dans la salle de bain.

Chambre qui mériterait une sacrée rénovation, odeur de cigarette et installations vieillotes. L'hôtel de manière générale manque d'entretien.

L’état des parties communes : couloirs, ascenseurs (odeur de cigarette) L’état de la chambre : cuisine avec des morceaux de verres éclatés sur le plan de travail, la mauvaise odeur du studio. L’état général de l hôtel et du studio laissait à désirer.

Завтрак только один круассан и кусочек хлеба с маслом или с джемом и чашечка кофе! Это по моему мнению вообще не завтрак!!!!! Шторы в номере были грязные!!!!

All'ingresso il receptionist è stato davvero gentile cortese disponibile paziente, è lui che ti mette a tuo agio per la colazione che per €5,5 è davvero abbondante senza però il salato, parcheggio coperto a pagamento 8 €al giorno, autobus di linea davanti all'ingresso, l'albergo è vecchio, usurato, moquette ovunque vecchia sporca macchiata, ascensori sporchi, la camera con letto comodo, ma è tutto vecchio, piano induzione rovinato, frezzer saturo di ghiaccio, bagno senza phon. La camera sarebbe pulita, ma ci sono macchie ovunque, sulla carta da parati, sulle porte, sulla moquette, ovunque. L'unica nota positiva è la competenza e gentilezza del receptionist.

Me encantaron las dos personas que atendían recepción

El personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones amplias, nos dieron una con mucha luminosidad. Excelente relación calidad precio.

A pesar de estar muy limpia, la moqueta es un material que personalmente no me gusta porque aunque se limpie muy bien puede contener con el paso del tiempo partículas que se trasladan con los zapatos y se depositan en el suelo.

La proximité avec l’arrêt de 3 bus qui permettent d’accéder rapidement vers le métro pour le centre ville de Lyon, supérette à proximité, kitchenette à disposition.

Le manque de réactivité du personnel, un pommeau de douche non fonctionnel signalé mais resté en l’état; une hygiène douteuse de la literie, une odeur nauséabonde se dégageant de mes taies d’oreillers, un petit déjeuner continental sommaire et aucune souplesse sur le check-in. Décevant!

La personne à la réception à notre arrivée après l'heure de fermeture cette personne a tout fait pour valider notre réservation, malgré ma négligeant sur les rappelles de la part de l'hôtel

La propreté, balcon super salle,frigidaire surtout la casse congélateur rempli de glace déchet au sol derrière la porte les murs très salle, nous avons trouvé des poils pubien dans les couverts couteaux fourchettes
