It was a brief stay but was ok.

The rooms were,ok.

One team member was overcharged but the hotel resolved it in a way. I also had to pay for one participant who could not show up. The hotel attributed the difficulty to booking.com policy.

Parking on top of Hotel. I was travelling with a storage case on top of the vehicle and could not park in the underground parking. Roof parking location can be tricky to find! Just go two lights down from hotel take a right at the stop light and an immediate right after and go up the hill. Parking entrance is on the right. Tight spots. Take elevator to first floor and your at reception.

Very Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing from the very beginning. When we arrived to check in, there were three staff members at the reception who directed us to the underground car park. We were told they’d open the shutter for us, but after waiting several minutes stuck in front of a closed gate (with no way to reverse the car), we had to go back upstairs only to get a lethargic “sorry, I forgot, I’ll open it now.” Not a great start. The car park itself is extremely cramped, with narrow and blind corners maybe fine for small cars but definitely not suitable for larger SUVs. When we finally parked and returned to the reception, only one staff member was there, and he spoke only French. The other three had conveniently disappeared, even though they knew we were returning from parking. We were also informed before arrival that charging the car might incur an extra cost if we used it. However, this receptionist insisted we must pay €12 regardless, which was not mentioned earlier. The room was just okay. It had an unpleasant old-wood smell and visible black fungus, giving an unhygienic impression. The main bed in the family room was comfortable, but the sofa bed was deformed and felt like it had a broken back. To make things worse, there was a large window beside the sofa bed even when closed, it let in so much cold air that it was uncomfortable to sit near it. The toilet had poor airflow and a strange foul smell, which made using it quite unpleasant. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price. The selection was poor, and the coffee from the machine was honestly terrible. Check-out was smooth, but that’s probably the only positive part of our experience. Would definitely not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and facilities

Dreadful food, not at all what you expect in France. Bland, tasteless and not at all up to anyone’s standard. Cessation salad had no dressing nor Parmesan and had dreadful fried chicken and the fries were like thick peeling of potato. Very bad, didn’t even stay for desert it was that bad.

In terms of value for money, this location can't be beaten. Specifically when you are passing through. Parking, swimming pool and a great breakfast.

The couch-bed was bad. Here and there some (small) maintenance is due, but again...for this price...

The hotel itself is nice and our room was big. The pull out sofa was already set up for us and it was pretty comfortable.

The location is pretty darn far from Lyon Part Dieu station so the taxi there and bad was expensive. You can't walk to anything nice from this hotel so don't go here if you are looking to walk to tourist areas.

Breakfast: Baked goods were fresh and hot. There was a wide variety of options. Service: The staff was very kind and attentive.

The bathroom: Shower stall had a weird floor that looked like it was peeling which was very unconfortable. The handwash and hygiene bags were empty.

Room size and the willingness to make up for the fire alarm with free breakfast. Facility was clean and lovely looking.

the staff were brilliant. could not have been more helpful. The place was clean, the bar was great. Some nice beers on tap.

We booked the hotel because it had a pool. it was a treat for the kids after a long drive. we would have spent the rest of the day by the pool and eaten in the hotel. it was closed till the weather improved. it was boiling hot. we had to take the kids round the corner to the public pool, which was fine (only allowed to wear buddy smugglers… No shorts…. fair warning!). this was the only issue we had. lots of other families were also disappointed. oh, we also had a fire alarm… but staff dealt with that fine. they are really a credit to the hotel. Gon was a nice guy.

An amazing brirthday treat for the kids.

The room was fine, we loved the shower. Not too much noise and spacious. My best things about this trip was the courteous staff, this includes all with whom my family and i came in contact with. Super helpful .
