Location.

The bedrooms were run down and had lamps where the cables were exposed and dangerous. The staff were rude and not very helpful. Caught staff doing press ups in the reception first thing. They hadn’t recorded our payments for the frozen pizza or room, so wanted proof of payment. Generally the whole experience was shocking.

Online booking was a bit cumbersome. The reception staff couldn't print individual receipts for my colleagues

The rooms were,ok.

One team member was overcharged but the hotel resolved it in a way. I also had to pay for one participant who could not show up. The hotel attributed the difficulty to booking.com policy.

Parking on top of Hotel. I was travelling with a storage case on top of the vehicle and could not park in the underground parking. Roof parking location can be tricky to find! Just go two lights down from hotel take a right at the stop light and an immediate right after and go up the hill. Parking entrance is on the right. Tight spots. Take elevator to first floor and your at reception.

Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing from the very beginning. When we arrived to check in, there were three staff members at the reception who directed us to the underground car park. We were told they’d open the shutter for us, but after waiting several minutes stuck in front of a closed gate (with no way to reverse the car), we had to go back upstairs only to get a lethargic “sorry, I forgot, I’ll open it now.” Not a great start. The car park itself is extremely cramped, with narrow and blind corners maybe fine for small cars but definitely not suitable for larger SUVs. When we finally parked and returned to the reception, only one staff member was there, and he spoke only French. The other three had conveniently disappeared, even though they knew we were returning from parking. We were also informed before arrival that charging the car might incur an extra cost if we used it. However, this receptionist insisted we must pay €12 regardless, which was not mentioned earlier. The room was just okay. It had an unpleasant old-wood smell and visible black fungus, giving an unhygienic impression. The main bed in the family room was comfortable, but the sofa bed was deformed and felt like it had a broken back. To make things worse, there was a large window beside the sofa bed even when closed, it let in so much cold air that it was uncomfortable to sit near it. The toilet had poor airflow and a strange foul smell, which made using it quite unpleasant. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price. The selection was poor, and the coffee from the machine was honestly terrible. Check-out was smooth, but that’s probably the only positive part of our experience. Would definitely not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.
