Avevo contattato l’host il giorno prima del nostro arrivo per comunicare il check-in intorno alle 22:00 e chiedere istruzioni, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta, nonostante diversi messaggi anche il giorno della partenza. Una volta atterrati eravamo ancora senza informazioni e non riuscivamo a contattarlo nemmeno telefonicamente. Eravamo seriamente preoccupati di non avere un posto dove dormire. Solo dopo aver contattato l’assistenza Booking e aver atteso a lungo, abbiamo finalmente ricevuto le istruzioni su WhatsApp. Il secondo giorno abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda: ho scritto alle 18:00 ma ho ricevuto risposta solo alle 23:00, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda e risolvere da soli. Inoltre, la finestra dà direttamente sulla strada e il rumore è molto forte, soprattutto nel weekend.
