Location, homely, clean and well presented.
Lack of curtains/blinds in main living room, so lacks privacy and coziness in the evening.

Self-catering. Very cosy hideaway. Very quiet and comfortable and extremely clean. The hosts sent timely and very clear directions to the address and how to gain access. Ideal location for us and only a very short walk into town.

Living room furniture was a bit worn and uncomfortable. Kitchen did not have pantry basics.

The location was very good. The unit was very cute and updated. The bed was comfortable.
1. It was very chilly, and although we had several emails back and forth with the host, we never got the heat to work.
2. Also, there was no wood to use the wood burning stove.
3.Safety issue: the bath tub was extremely slippery, and there was no bath mat of handles to assist getting in and out. We almost had an incident.
4. In our opinion this unit is most suitable for 20 something or early 30's and the shorter you are, the better. We are on the taller side and had to constantly duck for 1 beam in the Lrm and always in the bedrooms.
The stairs were a little difficult as they were significantly undersized.
5. Would have been nice if there was some soap for laundry. We stayed 4 nights.
6. Just a note, the only bathroom is on the first floor. There is no bath upstairs with the bedrooms.
