My friends and I had an amazing stay, very warm and welcoming.

I did have difficulty opening the box on the wall. After speaking and the host wanting to video call me, gave me the confidence to be able to open the security box. Very helpful.

The kitchen sink was a little dated and very black painted.

Very clean, close to Anfield stadium, spacious, close to lots of pubs and shops and about a 10/15 minute drive into the centre. Very warm in the house, lovely host and I was able to check in early. Would 100% go back and we’re planning on it.

Extremely affordable, cosy stay

Ridiculously cheap for what it is. Lovely 4 bedroom house, as a solo traveller with my dog I didn’t know which room to sleep in!! Dead cosy, and only about 15 min drive into Liverpool city centre. Highly recommend

Beautiful home from home

The house was lovely, we really only used it to sleep but definitely a home from home.

It's a shame that there are no laundry facilities at the house, especially as it's a 4 bed which means 7 people (big family) and if you are staying a few days, clothes need washing but not the end of the world. X

Super stay and location was perfect.

Great property exactly as advertised. Great location only a 15 mins walk to anfield stadium. We asked if we could check in earlier due to us having a tour booked and they were more than accommodating. We were able to park directly outside the property which was very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Only niggle was when we arrived someone must have cooked something a little pungent smelling and we couldn’t get rid of the smell for the duration of our stay. Was like a greasy cooked breakfast smell. But not the hosts fault.

Spacious property with responsive host, but in need of some care and improvements.

The owner was very responsive to the concerns and issues with the property and sent out a cleaner twice. Once within a couple of hours to change the beds and do other basic cleaning then another cleaner who was brilliant to do a deep clean the following morning. The house has a great bathroom and shower and good kitchen facilities. The beds were also very comfortable and we had good sleeps.

The surrounding area felt unsafe and poorly maintained, with litter, broken glass and signs of anti-social behaviour nearby. This has not been reflected in my grading of the property as it's not the fault of the host nor house. Sadly, although the host was responsive and sent cleaners when concerns were raised, the property itself was not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness on arrival. It required a deep clean to feel usable. Several fixtures and furnishings were in disrepair, such as blinds, handles, and fittings, and some amenities listed (like a bath and free toiletries) were not provided. Bedding and towels were worn, and basic kitchen items were missing or dirty. The property did not match the description online, particularly regarding parking, which is permit-only despite being advertised otherwise. Overall, while the host did respond by sending cleaners and while I appreciate that some aspects were outside of the host’s control, overall the condition of both the house and its location were disappointing and fell short of expectations.

Tv didn’t work, house very tired needs updating, towels smelt very musty as did the house when we entered. Not enough toilet role, no kitchen role, no hand wash in bathroom. Dirty sink in kitchen, internal doors need replacing, lock on bathroom not great , mould on blinds

Very spacious well positioned clean property. Good value for money

Very large clean spacious property, with huge bathroom, the property was spotless. Location is out of town however bus routes into city are at the end of the road and run frequently. Anfield is 15 mins walk away. People in the area seemed very friendly. Communication with the host was easy and a minor issue was rectified straight away by the host. So all in all a really nice place to stay, would definitely stay there again.

Nothing not to like, when booking remember it’s a property not a hotel.

Nice little house

Easy to find, lovely family home with everything you would need for a short stay. Location ideal if visiting the sites of Liverpool especially Liverpool FC which is only just a mile away. Everything was provided and the house was lovely and clean. Thank you for letting use your home for our stopover

Very clean, fantastic location

The property was in a great location for our visit to Anfield Stadium. Very clean and it had everything you could need.

The weather was very hot when we stayed and the attic room was way too hot for the children to sleep in so they ended up on the couch downstairs. It was ideal for our family of 6 for the overnight stay as we weren’t eating but if we had stayed longer the kitchen table only seated 2 people so wouldn’t be ideal if you planned to eat at the house.

Perfect for gigs at the stadium

Walking distance to Anfield Stadium which was perfect for us and a short car journey into the city centre. Bedrooms were all a good size, host kindly allowed us to check out at 11am and the extra hour made a big difference to us.

There wasn’t enough kitchen crockery, cutlery, utensils, wine glasses etc. and only space for 2 people to sit at a table in a house with 4 bedrooms. These minor issues could be easily fixed.

Lovely house

Plenty space in the house, and a good location is closed to shops and pubs. Cosy beds but all double in 4 rooms. Spacious bathroom and house. Parking was available on the road, but says residents permit only, so l called Beth, and she explained so after discussion with Beth, we parked on the road, it was more clearer to park there.

The kitchen surface was sticky and not very clean, so we washed everything before use. There is only one pan in very bad condition, so we had bacon and eggs after in the same pan. The kitchen will be more helpful with a bigger table and coffee table in front of the sofa as there is no other space to eat.

The checkout time was 10 am. That was the earliest checkout time I’ve ever had in all the places I’d stayed in Liverpool. I also assumed it was 11 am until the cleaner came. But she was so nice and lovely.

Exceptional and spacious house in anfield

Lovely property, spacious, pet friendly, all amenities close, host was amazing 👏, didn't have to wash the dishes the dishwasher did! Exceptional value for money will definately be returning to this house in the future

The back yard was a bit grubby and the bins were overflowing. If you require quests to empty the bins ensure there is adequate facilities. With the amount of rooms an extra toilet would be hand. The lockbox position was really difficult to use.

Great weekend in a lovely place

Easy communication,place was lovely and clean had everything we needed. Great location just outside the city centre but only 20 min bus ride to centre , shops around for necessary things plenty of local pubs and take always .

Wouldn't Stay Anywhere Else

Great communication with the host. The house is in a great location and provides enough space for the family to feel at home away from home. Always immaculate and plenty of amenities to ensure a comfortable visit. This is our second time visiting with our baby and we honestly wouldn't book anywhere else when visiting Liverpool or Manchester.
