In a beautiful context of a family villa built in 1970 just 100 meters from the sea is the 62 sq m "Magnolia" apartment which can be accessed externally from a common courtyard and then enters the private garden of about 150 sq m. Inside the common courtyard there is a private parking space and barbeque area. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has free wi-fi
The garden, surrounded by a thick hedge of laurels, houses a beautiful magnolia and two mulberries.
The living room with sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. 42-inch plasma television and in addition to digital terrestrial channels, provision for adding Sky satellite decoder. One of the two windows overlooking the garden has a mosquito net.
The bedroom with double bed is equipped with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The window overlooking the garden has a mosquito net.
The eat-in kitchen has a French door and window, table with four chairs, refrigerator, four burners with electric oven and washing machine. It is equipped with all the necessary tools
The bathroom with tub / shower completes the apartment

Wohung mit grosse Garten , und nich zu weit von strand. Lage ist Ok. Leider Wohnung war lange nicht renoviert .

We had a great stay there for a week. The property is of very good standard and well-maintained with the private garden, no other holiday-makers in the house. The owner was very friendly and provided immediate response to any queries. There is a public free beach (the majority of the long coast is taken by paid facilities) nearby which you access via shady woodland path directly across the road. The beach is very clean with fine sand. Nice cafes in the centre. There is a bus which goes from Pisa to Tirrenia or Livorno every 30 mins. Visiting the Aquarium in Livorno is highly recommended. We had very relaxing holidays and would highly recommend the place.
