Great little apartment in a great location, with very welcoming service

Great location, with easy walking distance to all local restaurants, beaches and supermarket. Good transport links too.

My host was there to answer everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay really welcoming. Can not fault anything about the service here.

Nice place

We stayed there for 4 nights and we liked the place. The owner of the building is very pleasant and helpful. We came to the place little bit late but couldn't buy something to eat before we arrived. Owner took us to the market by his vehicle and waited until we did the shopping. Not far from the beach. 30mins ride by bus to the Pisa town.

Nothing to share. All was good.

Superb

Owner Mauriczio was waiting for us in front of the gate. The owner was nice and helpful. He handed us the keys. He provided important information about the possibilities of beaches, shops and services. The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning and WIFI. Parking in the courtyard. Very close to the beach. Good position for trips to Pisa and Lucca.

Wonderfull and beautifful place for rest with children. The sea is hot. The beach with sand.

Everythink was wonderfull! The ovner of the appartment is wonderfull person. He helped me in difficult situation. The appartment is near the sea. There are a restaurant in an one hundret metters. The shop is not fare from here. There are bus stop nex to the bilding. Italy nature is fantastic! There are a lot of flowers in every garden.

Exceptional

The appartment is very cosy, clean and comfortable. There is everything that you may need during your vacation. It’s not big, but very well done . The host is welcoming and friendly, if you need some help, they will always help you. The location is great, right in front of the sea, when you sleep u can hear the sound of waves, to feel the sea air. If you need bus stations, market, caffe, restaurants, everything is very close. I will definitely be back here.

Loved it!

Apartment was really close to the beach, free beach reach in 5 minutes, there is a nearby shop Conad, can be reached by foot in 6 min. Maurizio is an excellent host, always available, informative and really helpful throughout our stay. Apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed for self catering holiday. The apartment was really clean; kitchen, bathroom old furniture but in perfect condition.

Restaurants are not that close as we expected, but easy to reach by car or 20 minutes walk. Also bus transportation should have been better explained. Probably because it was September the bus line 10 was operating on the hour.

Overall we had a great time!!

Apartment was really close to the beach, nearby shop can be reached by foot in 6 min. Maurizio is an excellent host, always available, informative and really helpful throughout our stay. Apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed for self catering holiday. Big bonus is that the apartment was really clean; kitchen, bathroom were spotless!! Air con was a life saver, separate for both rooms.

Very good location if going on a beach holiday

The host Maurizio was very helpful and even at eleven at night solved our problem. There is just one restaurant near the appartment, nevertheless, we had really delicious meal and wine there (the pizza was a dissapointment though). The host kindly offered us a discount for umbreallas on a private beach (there are mostly private beaches there) but as a family of five we used the free beach that was 3 min walk from the appartment - the beach as well as the sea were clean, the beach has got a shower and dressing boxes. We were provided with plenty of towels. There was the best and fastest WI-FI on our Italian road trip. The place was quiet at night. We booked only two nights and the goal of our trip was not swimming.

Do not expect any fancy accommodation, however the price corresponds in that area. The equipment is very basic. The bathroom needs renovation, we had to wait a long time before we could flush the toilet since the water tank filled itself up very slowly, which is inconvenience if there are five people in the appartment. For restaurants and drinks and shops you need to walk far.

Nice apartment close to the sea

Clean room with AC and very close to the beach. Owner was very helpful and guided us to a beach nearby where we could rent a place to sit on a private beach with a little discount. Washing machine downstairs (2 euros/wash)

Not too many restaurants near by or some of them not for my taste. Tirrenia centre is around 15 minutes walk.. there you can find all kinds of restaurants and other shops.

Vacation with children

Very friendly hosts. Apartment is simple and clean, have all necessary things. Here you not finde extra design:) but it is nice and friendly place. One room it is a kitchen-entrance hall-living room with extra bed. Second room it is a bedroom and entrance to toilet from that room. It is a quiet nice place! There is several beaches near apartment. One it is municipal where you can have a rest with your own beach equipment(8 minutes), 3 minutes to the beach with umbrella and chaise-longue, aquapark also in 10 minutes. Beaches is good fo children. Shop and restaurants are close to the apartment. If you want to see the Pisa tower it takes 50 minutes by public transport

Nice host, good communication. parking place right next to door. A local center with several restaurants nearby. Sand beach across the street.

Little bit tight apartment. Noisy heating system. A couch in the kitchen really uncomfortable for an adult. The surrounding is rather scary in off-season. Ruined building and a lot of chipboards everywhere.

Great welcome and nice place to stay for fabulous beaches.

The greetings text at the airport from Maurizio and the welcome when we arrived at the apartment put us at ease with a late-night arrival in Pisa. We felt at home, and we could ask a question when we wanted to about the apartment and the surrounding area. The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The beaches close by were charming and 3-5 minute walk away. On most beaches, you have to pay for umbrellas and chairs hired with shower, toilets and cafe's but there was also a free beach. The sunset along this long stretch of beach is stunning and we could see the mountains north of Pisa with white patches that were the marble quarries used by famous artists. The local shop was 500m and easy to drive to Pisa, Lucca and other local towns. We arrived end of August 2021 when things opened up to travel if you had the correct COVID documents.

Impeccable stay with a wonderful host

The accommodation was equipped with all possible appliances. All rooms were spacious and very clean. The apartment is within walking distance (max 5 minutes) from the free beach where you can relax peace and quiet. in the street there are cozy restaurants within walking distance. The host of the apartment was always ready to help us with all our questions. He even offered us a ride to Pisa and the train station!

Feels like home

The most welcoming hosts ever took great care of us as their guests. They have put a lot of thought in advance so your visit is the most comfortable and you get answered all the questions you might have. Moreover, they had left some tools in the kitchen that you never pack for a holiday, but you might need-for me it was the washing machine, bottle opener or the scissors. Thank you dearly, Maurizio and Rossella!

Очень доброжелательный, приятный и отзывчивый хозяин объекта! Лично встретил нас перед домом и проводил, несмотря на довольно поздний заезд. Очень чистые и светлые апартаменты, хорошо работает кондиционирование. В кухне все необходимое. Отличное место парковки на территории объекта. Маурицио сразу прислал сообщение, где находятся ближайшие магазины, куда и как пройти до различных пляжей и где лучше, какие и где есть рестораны и даже помог забронировать там столик, и т.д. Эта информация была очень полезна. При заселении встретил нас подарком в виде отличной бутылочки белого вина! И самое главное- это единственный объект где я встречал такое количество чистых полотенец!!!! Это божественно!!! Мы даже не смогли их все успеть использовать!!!
