No code was given for entry prior to arrival. After several phone calls and texts, we finally received the code nearly an hour after check in time. We ended up sitting on the curb waiting. Very poor communication with the management company.

L'emplacement et le confort
Le bruit (manque d'isolation phonique) : cloison mince vers la cuisine on entend le micro-ondes et les conversations du studio d'à côté de même que les voisins du 1er étage (des jeunes) qui ont laissé la fenêtre ouverte et discuté et rigolé jusqu'à 2:30 du matin (on entendait dans la chambre depuis le lit malgré les volets et fenêtres fermés)

Great location in the heart of historic center of Aix, close to all the sights
The kitchen was very poorly equipped- the only cooking pot was burned. Also, the microwave was broken so we couldn’t boil the water to make tea. There were not enough towels and on top of everything, the place was dirty- we’ve found hair on the floor
