Beautiful apartment in excellent location. We loved the spacious bedroom / sitting room & having such a lovely view of the trees & street below.
There were quite a lot of stairs to climb with heavy cases. Having the shower & washbasin in the kitchen & the loo straight off it was a bit quirky, but was fine for us.

エクスのメインストリート・ミラボー通り沿い。まず迷わないロケーションの良さ。私は最上階の部屋に宿泊。フランスのアパルトマンの雰囲気をたっぷり味わえるインテリア。部屋はとても広く、ベッドも大きい。バスタブはありません。シーツも清潔。冷房もあり、しっかり冷えました。大きな鏡が2つあり、着物を着たのでとてもありがたかったです。生活に必要なものは全て揃っています。窓からの景色もフランスを満喫できます。窓の左からサント・ヴィクトワール山の山頂がチラッと見えます。
1階はカフェ。モノプリが近く、買い物には困りません。日によって立つ市も玄関を出たらすぐです。夜も遅くまでまあまあ明るく、人も歩いているのて、安心して帰れます。
宿泊料も良心的な価格でした。(友人が近くのアパルトマンに宿泊しましたが、この部屋の半分以下の広さでエアコン無し。ここより高額でした)。別の部屋の紹介写真もありましたが、どの部屋もとても素敵でした。また泊まりたいです。
初日。オーナーのご子息が、約束した時間にはちゃんと待っていてくださいました。とても感じの良い方で、安心しました。
部屋の鍵が内側から閉められないのかも。オートロックに慣れているので、締めたらロックされているのだと思い込んでいましたが、部屋に居る間、もしかしたら開けっぱなしで過ごしていたかも…。
玄関ドアにセキュリティがあるので、あま大丈夫と言う感じでしょうか。
トイレのフラッシュボタンが壁との隙間でわかりにくい。
キッキンのキャビネットにパンとかお茶とか調味料がありましたが、ちょっと手をつける気にはならなかったです。
照明器具が点いたり点かなかったりしましたが、電球が緩んでいたり、そもそもコンセントが外れていたりして、直したら全て点きました。スイッチは足踏み式のものが混ざってます。

Emplacement excellent, en plein centre d'Aix en Provence directement sur le Cours Mirabeau. C'est la principale qualité de ce logement. La décoration de la chambre est agréable.
L'état des sanitaires , particulièrement les WC, est à revoir complètement (vitre intérieure cassée, porte ne fermant pas, peinture approximative sur les murs) n'est pas à la hauteur du prix demandé pour ce logement. Le propriétaire a voulu caser dans un local très exigu cuisine, douche et sanitaires mais cette cohabitation n'est pas réussie.
Le ménage est loin d'être optimal et il n'est pas agréable de retrouver dans le réfrigérateur les restes non consommés des locataires précédents
