de locatie was fantastisch en het uitzicht was prachtig, ook was het appartement veel ruimer dan we hadden verwacht. De tafel stond gedekt, er lagen koekjes klaar voor bij de koffie.. je voelde je echt enorm welkom. Het servies dat werd gebruikt was echt mooi, de deco in de kamers ook. Voor de kinderen was er extra speelgoed voorzien. De bedden en dekens waren van uitstekende kwaliteit. Je hebt de service van een hotel, dat is super! Je kan gewoon de deur achter je dichttrekken en vertrekken.
het water liep in heel de badkamer als je doucht, dat was wat onhandig. Er is ook nergens een haakje om je handdoek op te hangen als je doucht, of kleren vb. Het badkamermeubeltje is heel klein, maar er was wel voldoende opbergruimte achter de spiegel. Het appartement kan een extra poetsbeurt gebruiken bij vb de muren, er zaten wat zwarte strepen op en ook de zetel had wat vlekken. Maar dit stoorde niet, we hadden niet het gevoel dat het appartement vuil was, in tegendeel. De vloer, tafel, keuken, .. was proper!

Mooi uitzicht op de Mercator. Ruime kamers. Alles was proper. Voldoende handdoeken en koffiepads. De communicatie met Casiola verliep vlot. Delhaize aan de overkant. Ligging dichtbij restaurants en winkelstraat. Goede douche en apart toilet.
De hoofdkussens waren voor ons iets te hard. De badkamerruimte is te klein voor 6 personen: kleine lavabo. De douche is wel groot en werkte prima. Ook een minpunt is dat je nergens echt al je handdoeken en strandlakens kan ophangen in de kamers. Gelukkig hebben we een droogrek in de berging gevonden zodat we deze konden laten drogen in de living.

The appartment was modern and well equipped (although missing a toaster and a glove for the oven). The instructions for check-in and check-out are clear. The location and the view are amazing. The pillows and the bed are really comfortable. The welcome set (with coffee capsules, litter bag and washing detergent) is handy and cute. One of the rooms had kids toys which was definitely a plus.
We had to assemble the crib ourselves and it was in the laundry compartment, which was smelling really bad. It was uncomfortable to use it for our baby. The replies in the app chat were slow and nothing was done regarding our complaints (clogged drain in the shower, bad smell in the laundry room). The standard check-in and check-out are at 5pm and 10am respectively, so you almost pay for a day you can't use.
