Tolle Ausstattung, sehr sauber und sehr entspannte Abwicklung. Die Parkplatzempfehlung war top! Zentrale Lage (Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Supermarkt).
Die Fenster könnten ein Update vertragen. In Verbindung mit der Lage an der Hauptstraße manchmal etwas störend.

la qualité de la literie la modernité de l'appartement la situation et la vue du balcon
les fenêtres assez sales le manque d'isolation en toiture ( il faut dormir la fenêtre ouverte sinon trop chaud la nuit dans les chambres) Le bruit constant de la plate-forme de montage des éoliennes qui stationne dans le port proche de l'appartement et sur laquelle on travaille jour et nuit. Difficile à prévoir mais c'est vraiment gênant. Un petit avertissement pour les futurs locataires est logique. Donc le rapport qualité prix est un peu surfait.
