Clean and excellent location

I understand that it is mentioned that there are no towels and no soap, but for the amount of money paid, this should have been a given- it’s also a small effort that could go a long way . Also, we were provided with a TV remote that had no batteries which was also a bit uncomfortable.

Firstly we couldn’t find the apartment block. We had to call twice. After receiving directions we found the first door. We waited for over 15 mins for someone to buzz us in and gain access. Then we were given the wrong floor. Level 3 instead of level 2. This definitely could be better. We didn’t know that the apartment comes with no towels. We had to request towels which were brought very promptly. But the next day my credit card was charged $45. This was disappointing. So we had to call them and explain to them that we didn’t know. Thankfully we got the money back. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was fantastic, being so close to the train station.

No towels (they tell you this, but it’s absolutely ridiculous for the money you pay to not provide towels) What they don’t tell you is they also don’t provide hand soap or shower gel . So late at night after I arrived I had to find a shop that was open to buy some. Just really poor. The instructions to find the place were not overly easy either and the intercom you need to ring didn’t work, so after 5mins of waiting I had to ring someone.
